PRICE

All Prices in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for Travel Agent (No commission),  can be change anytime without conformation before.Additional charge will be apply for period Lebaran (Idul Fitri), Christmas and New Years, Compulsory dinner (Gala Dinner) at hotel.

PAYMENTS

FIT : Deposit 50% of the total invoice after deal. All payment must be cash at seven (7) days before date of arrival.

GIT : Deposit 75% of the total invoice after deal. All payment must be cash at fourteen (14) days before date of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

• 50%cancellation fee in the event 72 hours before arrival.
• 100%cancellation fee if the guest does not leave.
• One(1) night cancellation fee for hotel reservations in the event 72 hours before arrival.
• No refund  on unused services.
• Cancellations made​​in writing at least 2 weeks in advance and Deposit Payment  deemed forfeited.
• If cancellation is on our side because of something outside of the plan then all the initial or deposit payment will be refunded, and we switch to another tour agency.
• Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks (for individuals / small groups (10/20 persons),or 1 month in advance (for a large group)

LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY :

Pusaka Lombok Tours & Travel (PU_LO Tours) is not itself a carrier or hotelier, not do we own aircraft, hotels, or coaches. The flights, coach journeys, other travel and hotel accommodation comprised in your tour are provided by reputable carries and hoteliers on their own conditions. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Pusaka Lombok Tours & Travel. (PU_LO Tours), are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines,coach operators, hoteliers and other service providers, including but not limited to car hire, restaurant operators, whose service we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.

We always do our best to make sure your tour arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that of our employees or agents. However, we can not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, or other persons providing service in connection with your holiday pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher,coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept

any liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majored or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part,including but not limit to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities,accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether or not involving our employees, and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).

 

REFUND
No refund or reduction on unused  the accommodation services, Meals, attraction admission (tour), etc.

AIRPORT TAX

For domestic tickets issued from the country of origin,travelers must pay a domestic airport tax before departure from Indonesia. Each traveler must pay the tax by the number of different airports in several cities in Indonesia.

 

PORTER & TIP

Travelers must pay a fee at the airport porter exception is included in the tour package offered and Travelers are advised to provide a tip for the hotel bellhop, driver and guide. The amount of a tip is voluntary, the leader of the group (tour leader) would suggest the participants.
