This tariff is applicable from rates quoted in this tariff are per-person in US dollar for Inbound market . rates quoted in Rupiah for Domestic market.

 

Reservation

To enable us to handle your requirement efficiently, complete details are necessary :
- Name and total number of participation should be submitted of days before arrival
-  Arrival and departure schedule with flight detail and PNK

 

Confirmations

Will be advised by E-mail , Fax, in case of urgency by Phone

 

Cancellations

Hotel cancellations and no-show fees according to the hotels contract conditions

 

Itinerary

Itinerary and Tours program is subject to change with or without prior notice due to farce situations and conditions.

 

Price

All subject to change in accordance to monetary fluctuation.

All prices are quote in US dollar and best on the current rate of exchange

Group size minimum 30 pax ( 29 + 1T/C / Tour Conductor )

 

Hotel Voucher

Please issue one voucher for all services required, clearly explain service to be provide. Copy of voucher should be for warded together with the payment before arrival of client(s)

 

Payment

Full Fee - payment

 

Responsibility

We have no responsibility in case of liability, delayed airplane or other personal accidents which bring about delayed program and increase your personal expensive which are beyond our control.

Hotel

Accommodation is based on double or single bedroom; air conditioned with private bath or shower, unless otherwise indicated all room rates are inclusive of service charge & government tax , non commission able.

Transportation

Based on air conditioned private cars. coaches, unless otherwise specified.

 

Transfers

Transfer included meeting & escort service, handling of two pieces of luggage and transportation between airport and hotel.

 

Package Tour

Rate include transportation, guide (on request ) admission fees, meals as specified.

 

Children’s rates ( Package )

- Under 02 years : Free Of Charge

- 02 to 10 years / with extra bed  : 75 % adult fare

- 02 to 10 years / without extra bed  : 50 % adult fare
